Free Shipping Terms
Free shipping is available on all orders within India.
There are no minimum order requirements for free shipping.
Shipping charges are fully covered by Zenach for domestic orders only.
Free shipping applies only to deliveries within India. International shipping charges (when applicable) will be calculated separately.

Accurate Information Responsibility

If incorrect or incomplete information results in failed or delayed delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-delivery charges.
Zenach reserves the right to verify customer details and may deny service if information is found to be false or misleading.
Delivery is made to the address provided, not to a specific individual.
International Shipping
Currently, Zenach ships only within India.
International shipping will be introduced soon.
For international orders (once available), customers will be responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import charges. Zenach does not bear these costs.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, cancellations are not allowed.
If an Order Is Cancelled (Before Dispatch):
No monetary refund will be issued.
Customers may choose:

An exchange for another product of equal or higher value (paying the difference, if any), or

A credit note, valid for 2 months, usable on our website
Orders cannot be cancelled due to delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
