How did Zenach begin?

Zenach began with an observation, not an ambition. While spending a few years in the UK, our founder, Atif Ashar Fahim, noticed something quietly powerful—people carrying leather bags admired for their quality and character, which were, in reality, crafted in India. The irony lingered. If Indian hands could create such excellence for the world, why shouldn’t India create more of its own leather stories?

After nearly a decade and a half in the media industry, working for some leading media houses, Atif chose to step away from a fast-paced career to pursue something slower, more intentional. Zenach was born from this pause; a return to craftsmanship, material honesty, and thoughtful design.

The brand was never meant to chase trends. Instead, it stands for restraint, longevity, and purpose. Every Zenach piece is made in India by skilled local artisans who understand leather not as a product, but as a living material. Each bag carries the quiet confidence of careful hands, patient processes, and respect for origin.

Zenach is not about excess. It is about making fewer things, better—rooted in India, made for anywhere.
