If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, dust bags, and packaging must be included.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance events.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

If your item meets the above conditions, please contact us at support@zenach.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will assist you with the return process and provide the shipping address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

In case of rejected returns (used/damaged items), the product will be sent back to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for your preferred product.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zenach.com with photo or video proof.

We’ll replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you.
